Our 5-year strategic plan provides quantifiable measures of the program's success and detailed documentation. Written documentation of the program can be made available to all funding sources and to other public and private organizations interested in organizing similar initiatives.

In a relatively new program the size and scope of Caroline House, we believe that much can be learned about how to help women to prepare to move off welfare and obtain lasting control of their own and their families’ lives.
